Create learning audience user groups

User groups define reusable learner populations for assignments, recommendations, communities, and other Oracle Learning processes. They can combine multiple audience-identification methods into a reusable learner population, helping to reduce duplication and keep audience behavior more consistent across learning processes.

1. Go to My Client Groups > Learning and Development > User Groups.
2. Create a user group and complete the relevant fields.
3. Add the people who can manage the user group.
4. Add the selection rule for the user group participants.
