Use natural language and workforce data.

  • Go to My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Learning Audience Criteria.
  • Create the audience criteria using Ask Oracle.
  • Describe the audience in natural language.
  • Review available worker attributes and sample criteria.
  • Preview matching workers.
  • Review exact and similar existing audiences to avoid duplication. These matches include only active learning audiences that you can access. Similar matches show up to 10 results.
  • Review and approve the generated criteria to create the learning audience.
