Reporting and APIs

You can include assignment statuses and substatuses in Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (BI) reports and REST APIs.

Manage assignment status changes

Available assignment actions depend on the current assignment status, learning type, capacity management, and your security privileges. For example:

  • You can offer or grant waitlisted learners seats for capacity-enabled events and instructor-led offerings.
  • You can withdraw completed assignments or delete assignments in supported terminal statuses if you have the necessary privileges.
