What privileges are needed to use succession plans?

To work with succession plans, you need to have specific privileges.

• To access the Succession Plans work area, you need to have the View Succession Plan (HRM_VIEW_SUCCESSION_PLAN_PRIV) privilege.

• To create succession plans, you need to have the Create Succession Plan for Worker (HRM_CREATE_SUCCESSION_PLAN_FOR_WORKER_PRIV) privilege.
• To manage candidates in a succession plan, you need to have the Manage Succession Plan Candidate (HRM_MANAGE_SUCCESSION_PLAN_CANDIDATE_PRIV) privilege.
