Go to , scroll to the Administration section and click Mass
Actions Processes for Check-In Documents.

Click .

Choose a date, frequency, review period, and check-in template.
Note: To create team sync check-in documents, choose a
team sync template.

Specify the manager type.

Select a choice in the Population Type drop down
list.

Choose a reason and add a discussion topic.

Click Submit.
