Catalog Administration Profiles
Define who can manage learning catalogs using catalog administration profiles by adding them as contributors. Also specify whether everyone or only contributors can see the profile and assignments created for learning in the catalog.

.When creating self-paced learning in Oracle Learning, you associate a catalog administration profile with the learning. This association adds the self-paced learning to the learning catalog managed by that profile. If you, as a catalog manager, are a contributor to only one catalog, that profile is automatically populated in the Profile Name field when you create the self-paced learning. If you're a contributor to multiple catalogs, the Profile Name field is automatically populated by the most recent catalog you selected when creating self-paced learning. You can select another one of your catalogs, as appropriate.
