Here's an example of how reporting inappropriate content managed by the learning department works in Oracle Learning.

Your organization created an online self-paced learning that describes your most successful sales cycles in detail. All new sales employees are automatically enrolled in the learning so they can ideally start work with a strong understanding of what success looks like. A new account manager enrolled in the learning after just completing customer data protection training. While working through the learning, they see that it includes confidential customer information, so report the course.

The approver gets the actionable learning incident notification and confirms that the self-paced material does contain confidential customer information. The approver asks the appropriate learning specialist to remove the sensitive information from the learning.
