What Happens When I Change Validity or Renewal Settings

The change or changes apply to all new and existing learners for the learning assignment or initiative. For learners who already completed the current assignment, their most recent completed and next assignments are updated to reflect the new settings.

For example, you change the validity period for a learning initiative from 1 to 2 years. Their most recent completed assignment would get update with the new expiration date. And the renewal start and due dates would get updated on the upcoming assignment.
