Create a Gig Using Opportunity Marketplace

Create a gig for Opportunity Marketplace. Gigs are short-term, temporary assignments for employees.

  1. Navigate to Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Opportunity Marketplace.
  2. Click Create then click Gig.
  3. Enter the required information for each section.
  4. If your organization enabled Dynamic Skills, you can associate skills related to this gig. You'll be provided with AI recommendations for related skills based on the gig title and description you entered. You can also type and search to find the skills you want to add to this gig.
  5. Click Save and Close to finish the gig later, or click Publish if you're ready to make this gig available for candidates to find in Opportunity Marketplace.

Results:

When the gig is published, it's immediately available for candidates to find and apply to it.
