What happens if the automatic removal of candidates whose employment is terminated is enabled?
Your administrator can enable the automatic removal of candidates whose employment is terminated. This ensures that your organization's succession plans are up to date.
After your administrator enables the automatic removal of candidates whose employment is terminated and after the employment termination becomes effective, you can see these effects:
- The candidates are removed from all active succession plans that they were included.
- When you view the plan history, you can see that the candidate whose employment has been terminated is removed from the succession plan.
- The active candidates count and plan strength indicator for the succession plan on the Succession Overview page is updated.
- The candidates whose employment has been terminated aren't listed in succession organization charts and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports.
