Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the landing page that you see when you access Fluid Recruiting. It summarizes recruiting activities that you own, or for which you're a collaborator.

The dashboard is organized in these areas:

  • Candidates

  • Job Requisitions

  • Offers

  • Tasks

Each area presents key information and numbers associated to each element. of items requiring your attention and the total number.with and For each item, you can see the number of items requiring your attention. and the total number of items. If you click the total number of items, you're brought to the page in the application where you can take actions to each element

  • Number of items requiring your attention: That's the number displayed under the red flag column. It represents the number of items that are new or have been updated by another user since you last viewed them. For example, if you approve your own requisition, a "new" task is added to your Ready for sourcing tasks, and the number in the for Ready for sourcing task element increases by one.

  • Total: That's the total number of items including new, previously viewed, and updated. If you click the number, you're brought to the page in the application related to that item or action. For example, if you click the total number of ACE candidates in the Candidates area, you're brought to the Submissions list which displays ACE candidates.
