Creating a Message Template

The creation of message templates consists of the following steps.

1. Defining the message properties.

2. Defining the message context

3. Adding paragraphs to the message template or creating new paragraphs.

4. Ordering paragraphs in the message template.

5. Adding an attachment to the message template.

6. Activating the message template.
