Locking a User Account

Allows a system administrator to lock a user account if, for example, the user was fired.

The Manage user accounts user type permission is required.

Configuration > [SmartOrg] > Administration > User Accounts

1. Click a user account.
2. Click Lock in Account Information.
3. Click Yes.
