The analysis you are creating or editing must
include a heirarchical column.
You must have one of the following user type

-
Edit or create an analysis that contains a heirarchical column.
-
In the results tab, edit a pivot table.
-
Note: The following step is optional. When you duplicate the measure column in the
pivot table, you can see both the total for the measure and its relative value.
This eliminates the need to add the column twice on the Criteria tab to see the
total and its relative value in the pivot table.
In the Layout pane for the pivot table, click the More Options button for the
item you want to show as a relative value.
-
To duplicate the measure column, select Duplicate Layer.
The measure is displayed a second time in the pivot table, with the same
name.
-
Note: The Show Data As option is available only for items that are stored or
calculated measures.
Click the More Options button, select Show Data As, select
Percent of or Index of, then select the appropriate
option.
-
To rename the new column, click the More Options button, select
Format Headings and in the Edit Format dialog, enter a value in the
Caption field.
