Removing an Attachment from a Message Template

The Access Correspondence Manager configuration user type permission is required.

Configuration > Message Templates

1. Click Message Templates.
2. Click a message template.
3. Click Remove next to the attachment.

The attachment no longer appears in the Attachments section of the message template.
