Creating a Mark as ready to be exported Task

Configuration > [Onboarding (Transitions)] Administration > Task Definitions
  1. Click Create.
  2. Fill in the required fields and enter values for the other fields if you wish.
  3. In the Actions list, select Mark as ready to be exported.
  4. In the External system ID field, enter the value you established beforehand for the external system that will pull the data from the Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition system.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Activate.
  7. You can configure Notifications and Reminders if you wish.

The task can be added to processes.
