Creating a File-based Document

The Manage text documents and paragraphs for use in content pages and message templates permission is required.

Configuration > [Onboarding (Transitions)] Administration > Documents

  1. Click Create a file-based document.
  2. Enter a code and a name.
  3. Click Browse and select the PDF file that you created and want to add to the Documents library. The PDF can include variables.
  4. Enter a description of the PDF file.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Activate.
