Deleting a User-defined Field

The Manage user-defined fields, e-signatures, and user-defined reporting permission is required.

Configuration > [Onboarding (Transitions)] Administration > User-defined Fields

  1. Click Transitions Process or Personal Information.
  2. Next to the user-defined field, click Delete.
  3. In the message box, click Yes.

The field can no longer be used in user-defined forms, message templates, documents, conditions, or in Taleo Connect exports.
