Apply as Guest
Allows candidates to easily enter the application flow by entering only their email. Candidates are encouraged to create credentials after completing their application so that they are able to later access their account. An Apply as Guest button is available on the login page for job applications and general profile submissions. Apply as Guest is only available on the vertical layout of the authentication pages.
Apply as Guest is intended to be used a single time during a candidate's first visit, however, there are three possible paths and results when candidates select Apply as Guest:

First time guest user – email does not exist
A new candidate is created, their email saved and they land on the first page of the application flow. When they complete their application and land on the Thank You page, the Career Section detects that this candidate does not have a personalized user name and password and they are presented with a link to create these credentials. If they choose to do this, security questions display (if configured) and they are returned to the job search. If these first time guest users either do not reach the Thank You page or choose not to create credentials, they are sent an email with an access code to set up their credentials.
This flow is similar to the Apply with LinkedIn experience.

Returning guest user – does not have a user name and password
A guest user returns to the Career Section and attempts to use Apply as Guest again and also never set up a user name and password in their first visit. They are invited to send themselves a new copy of the email with the access code that will allow them to create these credentials and recover their account.

Returning user – already has a user name and password
This candidate's email is recognized and is required to sign in. If they do not remember their user name and password, they are able to use the Forgot User Name/Forgot Password if needed.
