Creating Custom Instructions for a Section

Configuration > [Recruiting] Administration > User-Defined Files
  1. Click a user-defined file.
  2. In the Section Ordering section, click on a section title (displayed in bold).
  3. Click Edit next to Properties.
  4. In the Description field, enter custom instructions.
    The Description field supports 4000 text based characters.
  5. Format instructions if desired.
  6. Click Save.

Instructions are only viewable by Recruiting Center users when they are in edit mode within a file. The instructions appear underneath the section title to assist users in understanding what they need to do in a specific section of a file.
