Deleting Scorecard Objects

Before you start

You must have one of the following user type permissions:

• BI Author Developer

• BI Tenant Administrator

Note: Before deleting an initiative, ensure that it has been completed or is no longer required to achieve an objective. Before deleting an objective, examine any child objectives or other objectives with which it is linked to ensure that its removal does not negatively impact these objectives.

Here's what to do

1. Edit the scorecard that contains the scorecard object that you want to delete.

   You also can delete scorecard objects from the Catalog page.

2. Right-click the object and select Delete. For example, to delete a Strategy Map, right-click it in the Scorecard Documents pane and select Delete.
3. In the confirmation dialog, confirm that you want to delete the object.
