Generating an Analysis from a KPI on a Watchlist

Before you start

You must have one of the following user type permissions:

  • BI Author Developer

  • BI Tenant Administrator

Here's what to do

  1. Locate and open the KPI watchlist from the catalog, scorecard, or dashboard that contains the KPI watchlist.
  2. Go to the Performance tab and within the New KPI Watchlist table, select the row that contains the KPI that you want to output to an analysis.
  3. From the Objects list, select Analyze. A new browser tab opens and displays the analysis, and Oracle BI saves the analysis to the catalog's Drills folder (/My Folders/Drills).
