Deleting a Message Template

Before you start

The Access Correspondence Manager configuration user type permission is required.

The message template must have the Draft status.

Configuration > Message Templates

Here's what to do

1. Click Message Templates.
2. Click Delete next to the desired draft message template.
3. Click Yes.

Results:

The message template is permanently deleted from the database.
