Enabling the Default Communications Channel

Before you start

Configuration > [SmartOrg] Administration > [Users] Configuration Profiles

Here's what to do

1. Click on a configuration profile.
2. Click on the Communication Channel Mode setting.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select Default.
5. Click Save.
