Before you start 
            The Manage user-defined forms to display and collect data permission is required.
            
                
            
        
        Here's what to do 
- 
                Create a user-defined field.
            
- 
                Click a user-defined form.
            
- 
                In the Field Chooser, select the user-defined field you created. The field will
                    be available under the Onboarding (Transitions)Process or Personal Info
                    category. 
            
- 
                In the Selected Element Properties section, under Field Type, select URL.
            
- 
                In the Selected Element Properties section, under Access Type, select
                    Read-only.
                
                    Access must be set to read-only to ensure the user cannot change the value of
                        the URL.

                Click Save.
