Before you start 
            The Manage text documents and paragraphs for use in content pages and message
                templates permission is required.
            
                
            
        
        Here's what to do

                Open a text document.
            
- 
                Click Create. 
            
- 
                Enter a code and a name. 
            
- 
                Type the paragraph content in the Text field using the Rich Text Editor
                    options.
            
- 
                To include variables in the paragraph, select the variable with your cursor,
                    copy the variable, then paste it in the Text field.
                If you are creating paragraphs for a text document that will form a Content
                    Page, and you want the Content Page to display a link to the offer letter and
                    cover page PDF for advanced E-Offers, be sure to include the
                    {ContentPage.PersonalizedDocuments} variable in one of the paragraphs.

                Click Save.

                Enabling the paragraph.
            
Results: 
            The paragraph appears in the Paragraphs section of the document.
