In the Onboarding (Transitions) Center, Tasks section, click the name of the
task that you want to create and send a reminder for.

In the Reminders section, click Send Immediate Reminder.
The Immediate Reminder page is displayed.

Click Search.

Click the radio button next to the message template you want to include in the
message.
If the list of message templates spans a number of pages, you can use the
Refine by section to find a specific template more quickly.

Click Select.
The name of the message template you selected is displayed in the
Notification Message field.

Click Send.
Results:
The message is sent to all of the people assigned to the task.
