Setting the Security Level of the "Letter Used" Offer Field

Before you start

Configuration > [Recruiting] Administration > Fields

Here's what to do

1. Click the Offer field category.
2. In the Show Fields drop-down list, select Offer Terms.
3. Click the Letter Used field.
4. Click Edit Field Availability next to Properties.
5. Specify the security level of the field, that is General, Restricted, or Confidential.
6. Click Save.
