Adding a Role to an Inclusion Rule

Before you start

The Manage approval paths user type permission is required.

Configuration

Here's what to do

1. Click on an approval path category.
2. Click on an inclusion rule.
3. Click Add next to Roles.
4. Select from the drop-down list how roles will be included in the approval process.
5. To select a role, click Search.
6. Click Save.

Results:

The role appears in the Roles list of the Inclusion Rule page. Users associated to the role will be requested for approval.
