Removing a Role from an Exclusion Rule

Before you start

The Manage approval paths user type permission is required.

Configuration

Here's what to do

1. Under Dynamic Approval Routing, click on an approval path category.
2. Click on an exclusion rule.
3. Click Remove next to the role.

Results:

The role will no longer appear in the Roles list of the Exclusion Rule page. Users associated to the role can be selected in the approval process.
