Configuring Active Directory for Microsoft Office 365

Before you start

Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition must be registered on the Microsoft Azure portal.

Configuration > [Evaluation Management] Administration

Here's what to do

  1. Click Integration Configuration.
  2. Click Create next to Active Directory Integrations.
  3. Enter a name for the integration.
  4. Enter the Active Directory domain name. This information is provided by Microsoft when subscribing to Office 365. Use the full domain name with onmicrosoft.com. Do not use the vanity domain.
  5. Set the status to Active.
  6. Set the active directory type to Cloud AD to enable the supported AD configuration with Microsoft Office 365.
  7. Set the authentication method to NA - Cloud AD.
  8. The Active Directory URL is defaulted to Microsoft’s graph API’s URL for Cloud AD.
  9. Enter the Client ID. The Client ID is generated when registering Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition on the Azure AD portal. Ask Azure administrator to provide you with the value.
  10. Enter the symmetric key. The symmetric key is generated when registering Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition on the Azure AD portal. Ask Azure administrator to provide you with the value.
  11. Click Save.
