Disabling a Paragraph

Before you start

The Manage text documents and paragraphs for use in content pages and message templates permission is required.

Configuration > [Onboarding (Transitions)] Administration > Paragraphs

Here's what to do

  1. Click a paragraph.
  2. Click Deactivate.

Results:

The status of the paragraph is now Inactive. Once a paragraph is disabled, it can no longer be attached to objects within the system. However people who already have the paragraph attached to a message will still be able to see it.
