Deactivating a User Type

Before you start

The Manage user types user type permission is required.

The user type must have the Active status.

Configuration > [SmartOrg] Administration > User Types

Here's what to do

1. Click a user type.
2. Click Edit next to Properties.
3. Select Inactive in the Status field.
4. Click Save.

Results:

The status Draft appears in the User Types list.
