Deleting Collection Attributes

To delete collection attributes:

  1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Supplemental Data.
  2. Click the Collections tab on the left.
  3. Select a collection, and then click Edit.
  4. Select the Attributes tab, select an attribute, then Actions, and then Delete:

    • If data exists, you cannot delete the attribute.

    • If no data exists, but the attribute is referenced in a form template, you cannot delete the attribute without first removing the attribute from the form template.

  5. From the confirmation prompt, click Yes.
