Migrating Legacy Amount and Rate Override Rates

If the application has legacy override rates or amounts, you can migrate the legacy NIBT FX rate override and NIBT WAR and Expense WAR data to the new consolidation members.

The migration task migrates data from the following intersection in the Consolidation dimension:

  • Children of TRCS_NIBT Override Rate Accounts from FCCS_Entity Input to FCCS_Rate override
  • TRCS_NIBT Weighted Average FX Rate Override from FCCS_Entity Input to FCCS_Amount override
  • TRCS_NIBT Weighted Average FX Rate Calc from FCCS_Entity Input to FCCS_Rate override
  • TRCS_Weighted Average FX Rate Override from FCCS_Entity Input to FCCS_Amount override
  • TRCS_Weighted Average FX Rate Calc from FCCS_Entity Input to FCCS_Rate override

To start the migration:

  1. Go to the Home Page.
  2. Select Application → Configuration.
  3. Click on NIBT FX rate, NIBT WAR and Expense WAR data migration.
  4. Select the check the box Migrate NIBT FX override rate, NIBT WAR and Expense WAR Data.
  5. Click on the Launch button. The data migration will initiate a job. The duration of the job will depend on the amount of data to be migrated.Migrate_Data
