Assigning Access to Data Entry Forms

To assign access to data entry forms:

  1. From the Home page, select Library, and then Forms.
  2. Highlight the form for which you want to assign access, then click Action Action icon, and then select Assign Permission.

  3. Click the Permissions tab.

  4. Optional: For an existing User or Group, select the appropriate Permission:
    • Read
    • Write
    • None
  5. Optional: To add a user or group, perform the following step, and then click OK.
    1. Click Add User/Group.
    2. Select the Users or Groups tab.
    3. Select the users or groups to which you want to assign access.
    4. Click OK, and then click Close.
    5. Select the appropriate Permission for the selected users or groups.

  6. Click OK, and then click Close.
