Before you begin using Intelligent Track and Trace ensure that you have the following items:

• Make sure you have link to access Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace and a user account. Typically these are included in your subscription email, if you haven’t received this email, contact the system administrator. See How to Access Intelligent Track and Trace.
