Driver Team

This page is accessed via Fleet Management > Driver Management > Driver Team.

The driver team information is for assigning drivers.

For hours of service (HOS) rules, the team is viewed as one driver and the rate service and HOS rule set specified for the primary driver will be used when determining planned shipment stop times. Constraints of both drivers are checked.

Note: At any given time a driver may only be a primary driver (valid for an Effectivity Period) to only one team.

Adding a Driver Team

1. Enter a Team Name for the driver team. This must be unique.
2. Enter an Effective Date and an Expiration Date for the team.
3. Enter a Primary Driver ID. This is the ID of the primary driver of the team.
4. Enter a Secondary Driver ID. This is the ID of the secondary driver of the team.
5. Click Finished.
