Unassign Shipment from Driver

This page is accessed via Fleet Management > Driver Management > Driver Manager > Actions > Fleet management > Assign > Unassign Shipment from Driver.

Use this action to unassign a shipment from a driver. The parameter DRIVER ASSIGNMENT MAXIMUM INSERTION DEPTH determines how many shipments can be unassigned. If a driver has been assigned 10 shipments, s1, s2,s3,...s10, and the parameter is set to 5, then only the last 5 shipments (shipments s6-s10) can be unassigned. If you try to unassign too many shipments, you will get an error "Could not unassign driver from shipment because there are too many driver assignments after this shipment."

Unassigning a Shipment from a Driver:

1. When you select a driver and the Unassign action, the Unassign Shipment from Driver page appears showing assigned shipments. If more than one shipment is assigned, select the shipment to unassign.
2. Click OK. The results page appears displaying the selected and affected shipments.
