Create New Message

This action is accessed via Message Center > Actions > Create New Message.

This action creates a new message in the Message Hub. The recipient information is pre-populated based on the original message. Use this action to create a message for reference without actually sending the message. It is useful for noting communication that did not originate through a message via integration. For example, you could record the outcome of a phone call.
