Cancel Pickup Notification

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Group Management > Shipment Group > Actions > Shipment Management > Pickup > Cancel Pickup Notification.

Use this action to cancel an existing shipment group pickup notification. It sends a pickup cancel message to the primary contact of the service provider.

For this action to execute successfully, the Shipment Group Status must be set to GROUP PICKUP_NOTIFIED, since a prior pickup notification had to have been sent in order for it to be cancelled. After the cancel notification is sent, the Shipment Group Status will be set to GROUP PICKUP_CANCELLED.
