Party Groups

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > General > Party Groups.

Use this page to create groups of party lists that have one or more common characteristics, according to your needs.

Adding a Party Group

1. Enter an ID for the list in the Party Group ID field.
2. Select a domain from the Domain Name drop-down list.
3. Enter the Party ID of a party list you wish to include on this new list.
4. If needed, enter a qualifier ID in the Party Qualifier ID field.
5. Select the Included check box.
6. Click Save.
7. Continue adding more party lists to the group if desired.
8. Click Finished.
