Synchronize OTM Data

This action is accessed via Transactions > Trade Transactions > Actions > Synchronize OTM Data.

Note: The use of this action is deprecated as of release 20A.

Use this action to synchronize some trade transaction information with the underlying shipment/order release records. The data you can update is remarks, reference numbers, and involved party information.

1. Select an action from the drop-down list for each of the data types.

   Action	Result
   No Action	No synchronization will be attempted.
   Append	New information will be added to existing information.
   Override	Existing information will be overwritten.
   Refresh	No information will be overwritten or appended.

2. Click OK.
