Other Integrations for Data Loading

As part of the integration with Descartes, Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) converts the downloaded content to GTM compatible CSVs. For other integrations, GTM provides an option to directly upload the CSVs with appropriate data and create the required content in GTM.

In order to create data through CSVs, you have to set up some master data manually in GTM before uploading the CSVs, based on the content category. In addition, you should upload the CSVs in the specified order.

Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload an XML/CSV Transmission and upload the CSVs in the mentioned order.

Following are the required details for the respective content categories:

Trade Program:

Pre-requisite Master Data	CSVs to be loaded in given order
Data Version Product Classification Type Country Code Product Classification Code	GTM_TARIFF_TYPE GTM_TRADE_PREFERENCE GTM_TARIFF_CODE GTM_TARIFF_COUNTRY GTM_TARIFF_RATE

 

Restricted party:

Pre-requisite Master Data	CSVs to be loaded in given order
Data Version	GTM_AGENCY_CODE GTM_DENIED_PARTY

 

Product classification code:

Pre-requisite Master Data	CSVs to be loaded in given order
Data Version Product Classification Type Language	GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE_DESC GTM_CLASS_CODE_ATTRIBUTE GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE_NOTES GTM_PROD_CLASS_CODE_UOM GTM_CLASS_CODE_MAPPING

 

Product classification hierarchy:

Data Version: Master Data > Power Data > Data Loading > Data Version
Product Classification Type: Master Data > Power Data > Product Classification > Product Classification Types
Language: Master Data > Power Data > General > Language
Product Classification Code: Classification > Product Classification Codes
Country Code: Master Data > Power Data > General > Country Codes
Or you can upload the data through CSVs for the product classification codes.
