Mark as Error Action

This action is accessed via Business Process Automation > Integration > Transmission Manager > Actions > Mark as Error.

Use this action to set the status of transmissions to ERROR. You may want to do this in case the transmission cannot be reprocessed or re-sent.

Marking as an Error

  1. Search for the transmissions for which you need to change the status.
  2. On the Results page, select one or more records.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Click Mark as Error. The results of your action display.
