Public Milestone Templates

The following public milestone templates are provided. You can use these templates as delivered, turn them on or off (although some are delivered on by default). With ADMIN user level access, you can modify them to meet the needs of your system.

You can also use them as examples for constructing your own milestone templates.

Shipment Event Tracker	Scenario: You need to track the progress of shipments based on shipment events. Solution: The system creates a milestone monitor when a new shipment event is added. This template tracks shipment events in the same way as was previously hard-coded. The primary purpose of this template is to notify people when a shipment event is late and to manage changes based on updates to when things were estimated to happen for the shipment. You can modify this template to suit your tracking needs. For example, you can change when to notify people based on time thresholds, add other agent actions, add milestones to track, and so on.
