Tactical Capacity

This page is accessed via Operational Planning > Capacity Management > Tactical Capacity.

Use this page to create a capacity usage record for a capacity limit added with the No Capacity Usage option selected. You can also edit/view existing capacity usage data from this page.

In cases where predictable recurring capacities are not practical, tactical capacities can be created according to forecast need or service provider circumstances for a particular day.

Adding Capacity Usage

1. Enter an ID in the Capacity Limit ID field.
2. Select the Active check box if the capacity limit is to be actively used.
3. Enter a date on which this limit will be used in the Date field.
4. Enter a number in the Limit field.
5. Click Finished.
