Release Order Base

This action is accessed via Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base > Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Release Order Base.

This action removes the order releases released from the order base's release instructions and re-releases the release instructions. After running the Release Order Base action, the existing shipments and order release are removed and a new order release is created. You can then create buy/sell shipments from the order release. This action is associated with the order base ship unit agent action Order Base Ship Unit Release Instruction - Re Release.

When running the Release Order Base action with an order configuration using aggregate lines, a release instruction is not needed/created.  For all other order configurations, a release instruction is needed for the order release to be created. Processed release instructions will be re-processed.

Note: This action cannot be run if the selected order base has any releases that are linked to any other order bases.
