Split Order Movement

This page is accessed via Order Management > Order Movement > Order Movement > Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Split Order Movement.

This action allows you to take an existing unplanned order movement and split it by ship unit into two parallel order movements. The original order is modified and a new one is created. You may want to use this action if you have an order larger than the available container. This is similar to the Shipment action Split Shipment - Parallel.

Note: In case of Split Order Movement, when original shipment ship unit has Fixed ERU Count set to true, shipment ship unit equipment reference units should be copied to split-off shipment ship unit.

Splitting an Order Movement

1. In the Split off Amount field, you can split the ship unit by entering a number less than the ship unit count or split off the entire ship unit by entering an integer equal to the ship unit count.
2. Click OK.
