Create Trade Transaction

Note: The use of the Create Trade Transaction action is deprecated as of release 19 and will be removed in a later version. Instead, use the Build Trade Transaction action. Set the value of the property gtm.deprecated.createTransactionOnShipment to 'true' to enable the Build Trade Transaction action. Set the value to 'false' to enable the deprecated action.

Use this action to create trade transactions from order releases and shipments. The resulting transactions can then be compliance screened by GTM (Global Trade Management).

No user input is required to run this action; however, you can designate which remark and reference number qualifiers connected with the release/shipment should also be associated with the newly-created transaction. When you run the action, a screen opens where you can choose those remarks and reference number qualifiers.

Note: When the Restricted Party Screening action is run against this new trade transaction, if the contacts listed on the Involved Parties tab of the order release or shipment do not have an associated GTM party, a new GTM party is created automatically.
